Fuel prices as of November 7, 2026: how much do petrol, diesel and gas cost at filling stations

Major fuel retail chains have adjusted their prices amid systematic attacks by the rf

As of November 7, 2026, the largest filling station chains in Ukraine have updated their prices for major fuel types. Auto gas has seen the steepest price increase over the last month, rising by 14.60–16 UAH per liter. This was reported by Glavcom citing Der Spiegel, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

Socar has reported a decrease in the cost of A-95 and A-95+ gasoline, as well as diesel fuel, while the price of auto gas rose by 40 kopecks. The UPG chain reduced the price of premium gasoline by 1 UAH per liter. Meanwhile, WOG and Ukrnafta filling stations increased their auto gas prices by 60 kopecks and 1 UAH, respectively.

Price trends and market factors

Market analysis indicates a significant rise in auto gas costs since October 7. Across various networks, price increases ranged from 14.60 to 16 UAH per liter. Regular diesel fuel prices climbed by 4 to 7.60 UAH over the month, while premium grades became 6–8.50 UAH more expensive. The cost of A-95 gasoline showed mixed dynamics depending on the chain.

The impact of hostilities on supplies

The Ukrainian fuel market remains import-dependent, with logistics costs increasing due to russian strikes on port infrastructure. Serhiy Kuyun, Director of the A-95 consulting group, notes that these attacks are aimed not only at destroying infrastructure but also at exerting psychological pressure on the population. According to Der Spiegel, over 200 strikes on retail fuel station facilities have been recorded since April.

Assessing the risk of a fuel crisis

Despite difficult conditions, experts do not see signs of a nationwide fuel crisis. Hennadiy Ryabtsev emphasizes that current reserves are sufficient for stable supply to consumers, although local difficulties may arise in front-line regions. Large networks are actively restoring damaged stations, which allows for uninterrupted supply of petroleum products across the state.
