Ukrainian Defence Forces Execute Over 30,000 UGV Missions in Record Month

Monthly ground robotic operations increased more than fourfold over ten months

Ukrainian forces completed 31,398 logistical and evacuation missions using unmanned ground vehicles in October 2026, setting a new monthly record. The milestone represents the highest monthly performance since the introduction of the military incentive system. All combat tasks were registered in the digital system and verified by technology specialists. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The deployment of unmanned ground vehicles along the front lines showed consistent growth throughout the year. Ukrainian units conducted 7,511 UGV missions in January 2026, which rose to 9,072 in March and passed 14,059 operations in May. Starting in the summer, the operational tempo continued to accelerate, reaching 19,935 tasks in July, 28,491 in September, and peaking at a record high in October.

Over the first ten months of the year, the volume of tasks completed by ground robotic platforms expanded more than fourfold. Every mission executed by military units is logged in the DELTA combat system and undergoes mandatory verification by Brave1 specialists.

Robotics Functionality and Military Incentive System

Unmanned ground platforms are deployed to the most dangerous areas of the front line to minimize risks to military personnel. These robotic systems deliver ammunition, rations, and water to frontline positions, and are extensively used to evacuate wounded soldiers from the battlefield.

Service members earn special points through the eBaly system for every verified UGV mission. Units can exchange these accrued points for new equipment and arms on the Brave1 Market, which offers unmanned aerial vehicles, electronic warfare systems, and additional ground robotic platforms.

Earlier, the catalog of military equipment available on the Brave1 Market was expanded to include a new section dedicated to amphibious ground robotic platforms, initially featuring three models.
