Subsidy for firewood and coal: how to receive assistance in 2026
Ukrainian citizens who heat their homes with solid fuel are eligible for a state subsidy or benefit for the purchase of coal, firewood, or liquefied gas. Assistance is granted once per heating season upon the applicant’s request.
Pension funding increase outlined in the 2027 state budget draft
The draft state budget for 2027 provides for an increase in Pension Fund expenditures by more than 200 billion hryvnias. The budget transfer for pension supplements will amount to 292.8 billion hryvnias.
