The State Property Fund of Ukraine has scheduled an online privatization auction for the Center for Scientific and Technical Information and Innovation Development Support for August 18, 2026. The State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to hold an online privatization auction to sell the property complex of the state enterprise “Center for Scientific and Technical Information and Innovation Development Support of Ukraine”. The auction is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
The property is located in Kyiv at 180 Antonovycha Street. The starting price of the lot is set at UAH 576,013.
Composition of the enterprise’s property complex
The property complex includes three real estate items with a total area of 335.9 square meters. In addition, the lot includes three vehicles and other movable property owned by the enterprise.
The key real estate asset consists of premises in an administrative and educational building with an area of 261.6 square meters. The complex also includes two garages with a total area of 74.3 square meters.
Opportunities for asset utilization
The acquisition of this lot will allow the future owner to set up office or service premises, create space for educational or consulting projects, and use the real estate for other commercial needs.
