A video recording of the fall of a downed target during an air attack on the Kyiv region has been released online. Fragments of the unmanned aerial vehicle hit the roadway in close proximity to a moving car.
The footage shows that after the air defense forces were engaged, a Shahed-type drone exploded in the air. The debris fell onto the asphalt, causing a powerful explosion and a plume of smoke.
The driver of the vehicle, who was just a few meters from the impact site, was able to react quickly to the danger. Evading a direct collision was possible thanks to a sharp change in the car’s direction.
Consequences of enemy attacks on the region
The previous day was marked by other incidents related to the fall of debris from downed targets. In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, damage to a non-residential facility was recorded, though a fire at the scene was avoided.
At the same time, in Brovary, a warehouse complex belonging to a logistics company was damaged due to the fall of debris. The facility handled transport for major retail chains, including ATB, Metro, Novus, and Auchan.
