The Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine together with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence identified Sergeant Adam Boisuev, who raped an underage girl in March 2024 on the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast. He has been notified of suspicion under the article on cruel treatment of the civilian population.

According to the investigation, on March 24, 2024, at about 22:00, Boisuev and his partner Mumadi Magomedov, who had already received a suspicion in this crime, noticed an underage girl on the street in one of the villages of Kherson Oblast. The occupiers stopped a “Zhiguli” car and forcibly dragged the victim into the salon.
Circumstances of the war crime
After striking her in the face, Boisuev forced the girl to swallow a pill that caused signs of intoxication. Threatening with a weapon, the military took the victim to the outskirts of the settlement, where they raped her in turn in the car. Later, they moved her to a private house, where they continued the assault until two o’clock in the morning.
Identification and qualification of actions
Adam Saidovich Boisuev (born September 4, 1994) is a citizen of Russia and a sergeant of the 78th Motor Rifle Regiment of Special Designation “North-Akhmat” named after A. Kadyrov (military unit 77192). He actively participated in combat operations against Ukraine, including in the Kherson Oblast.
The occupier’s actions are qualified as a violation of Articles 27 and 32 of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, as well as Additional Protocol I. Criminal proceedings were entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under number 42025000000000089 dated January 30, 2025.
