Military targets hit and agricultural sector worsens in Crimea
A series of explosions and fires occurred in temporarily occupied Crimea, including strikes on military facilities. Meanwhile, local farmers report selling grain below cost and refusing to sow winter crops. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Crimean Wind.
In Sevastopol, analysts noted the geographic proximity of two incidents in which Russian military personnel were eliminated. The interval between these events was 21 days, and the distance between the locations is 415 meters in a straight line.
In addition to urban events, fires were recorded at night at the entrance to the peninsula and near the Arabat Spit. At the same time, the state of the radar station near the village of Uyutne, close to Yevpatoria, became known after it sustained damage from Ukrainian forces.
Military and social initiatives of the occupiers
Against the backdrop of hostilities, the occupation administration continues to implement militarized practices in civilian educational institutions. In particular, a cadet class was formed at a local lyceum under the auspices of the so-called police.
The situation in the peninsula’s agricultural sector remains critical. Local farmers are forced to sell wheat at a price that does not cover production costs, which has led some farms to decide against sowing winter crops.
Ecology and resource extraction
In Sevastopol, violations of environmental standards related to the poor condition of sewage systems have been documented. Urban sewage is being discharged directly into the Black Sea.
Facts of the removal of paleontological findings from the Tavrida Cave have also been confirmed. According to available data, the artifacts were transported to Moscow for further disposal by the Russian side.
