Users will be able to sign labor contracts online and automate data exchange with state registries
The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine is working with Google to update the Obrii labor market platform. By the end of 2026, the launch of a service for full-cycle electronic employment through Diia is planned. This was reported by Minfin, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The updated functionality will allow Ukrainians to search for job vacancies, exchange necessary documentation, and sign labor contracts remotely. The system will ensure direct data transmission to state registries in real time.
Digital profile and artificial intelligence
The platform includes the implementation of Obrii ID, a personalized digital user profile. It will accumulate information on professional experience, qualifications obtained, and skill levels.
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms will use this data for personalized job matching and career prospect analysis. Furthermore, a labor market monitoring system with dynamics forecasting capabilities will be developed on the platform.
Additional services for business
By mid-2027, the service list will be supplemented with tools for job search assistance, as well as training programs for professional development or retraining. Cooperation with Google also involves implementing the AI for Business initiative for industrial enterprises.
A separate area of work remains the digitalization of administrative services, particularly the development of the e-Dozvil platform. These measures are aimed at simplifying the interaction between government institutions and small to medium-sized businesses.
