Documentation of Russian war crimes in Ukraine continues

The regiment operated in the coastal tactical direction as part of the “Dnepr” troop grouping of the Joint Group of Forces (Forces) of the Russian Armed Forces.
Isaiev is a native of Mykolaiv who had been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 1992. In 2014, while serving as chief of staff and first deputy commander of the 406th Separate Coastal Artillery Brigade of the Coastal Defense Troops Center of the Ukrainian Navy, he committed high treason and defected to the enemy. <https://russian-torturers.org/profile/13628>
At that time, the traitor was appointed chief of staff and deputy commander of the 8th Artillery Regiment of the 22nd Army Corps of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. He was discharged to the reserve in 2015. In October 2022, he returned to service in his previous position, participating in the armed aggression against Ukraine. In September 2024, he was appointed commander of the 8th Artillery Regiment and was promoted to the rank of colonel.
The “Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People” reminds us that every war crime will be investigated, every war criminal identified and found, and ultimately punished.
