Rangers regiment operators eliminated a Russian serviceman during a sweep
Operators of the 6th Rangers Regiment of the Special Operations Forces carried out a raid on a Russian military position in the eastern sector. During the operation, one Russian serviceman was eliminated, and weapons and documents were seized. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Special Operations Forces of Ukraine.
The special unit operators covertly infiltrated the designated area and discovered an enemy position. The adversaries were offered to surrender, but they refused to comply.
Following the refusal, the operators cleared the dugout during a direct action engagement. As a result, one Russian soldier was killed on the spot.
According to the military, special units operate under a strict principle where the adversary is given a single choice. Once that choice is made incorrectly, the operators take decisive action.
