The Diia mobile application is experiencing temporary unavailability of passports, driver's licenses, and several other electronic services. This disruption is caused by technical maintenance conducted by the State Migration Service. This was reported by Minfin, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Specialists are currently working to restore the full functionality of all digital services. The application development team has promised to notify users immediately once the technical measures are completed.
Due to limited access to digital versions of documents, citizens are advised to carry physical originals with them. In situations requiring personal identification, paper documents remain a valid and reliable way to verify information.
