Russian dictator rejects truce idea during forum speech
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has dismissed the initiative on the mutual cessation of strikes with Ukraine as meaningless. He made this statement at the Valdai forum, refusing to agree to such a truce. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Валерій Ульяненко) citing the Telegram channel of TASS, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The speech by the head of the Kremlin regime took place at a discussion club venue, where he touched upon the topic of a potential ceasefire. When asked about the feasibility of halting mutual attacks, he gave a negative response.

During the events, the Russian leader publicly characterized the settlement idea as lacking any sense for the Russian side. No compromise decisions regarding this matter were voiced.
