The highest petrol and diesel prices were recorded at the SOCAR network
As of October 4, 2026, the average price of A-95 petrol at Ukrainian filling stations has reached 90 UAH per litre, while diesel fuel costs 99.12 UAH. Over the past 24 hours, the price of autogas at the WOG network has increased by 40 kopecks. This was reported by Glavcom, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The retail fuel market shows varying price levels depending on the operator. The highest rates for A-95 petrol and diesel are maintained by the SOCAR network, where the prices are 94.90 UAH and 103 UAH per litre respectively. At the same time, the lowest A-95 petrol prices are offered by BRSM-Nafta and KLO, while diesel fuel is most affordable at BRSM-Nafta for 96.44 UAH per litre.
Dynamics of premium fuel prices
The cost of A-95+ petrol varies by filling station network. The highest price is set at SOCAR at 97.90 UAH per litre, while similar fuel costs 88.90 UAH at Ukrnafta. The situation with autogas remains strained: at WOG, a litre has risen to 45.90 UAH, whereas prices at Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta fluctuate between 42.59–42.90 UAH.
Factors influencing pricing
Pricing in Ukraine’s domestic market is significantly dependent on import supplies and European benchmarks. Complicated logistics and Russian strikes on port infrastructure are becoming an additional financial burden, forcing operators to pivot to more expensive overland routes for petroleum product delivery.
Risks to fuel infrastructure
Systemic Russian shelling of oil infrastructure facilities has not led to a fuel shortage thanks to active repairs of damaged stations by the networks. Experts assess the situation as stable, noting that isolated supply issues may occur only in frontline regions, but the market as a whole remains well-supplied.
