The President is preparing changes jointly with Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi
New personnel decisions are being prepared in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in his evening address on November 6, 2026. This was reported by Ukrinform citing Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The Head of State noted that he is developing personnel changes together with Commander-in-Chief of the ZSU Mykhailo Drapatyi.

During his address, the President also expressed gratitude to all military personnel serving Ukraine.
