From the evening of February 26 and during the night of February 27, Russian invaders attacked the territory of Ukraine with 187 shock UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and other types of drones, of which about 120 were “shaheds.”
This was reported in the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
Launches were recorded from the directions:
Bryansk;
Eagle;
Shatalovo;
Primorsko-Akhtarsk;
Guards – TOT AR of Crimea.
Air defense operation result
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30, 165 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country were shot down/suppressed by the air defense.
A hit of 20 shock UAVs at 14 locations was recorded.
