The Pension Fund has explained how the accounting experience is taken into account before the introduction of the new law.
The Pension Fund reported that until January 1, 2004, periods of study at a higher education institution are included in the length of service. This is reported by the “Sudovo-Yurydychna Gazeta“, the PromPolitInform portal reports.
In particular, until this date, periods of study in full-time education in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions (except for the period of study in full-time education in preparatory departments at higher education institutions), in schools and on courses for personnel training, advanced training and retraining, in postgraduate studies, doctoral studies and clinical residency were included in the length of service.
The PFU explains that such a period can be counted based on entries in the work book, if the basis for making entries in the work book about enrollment in studies and withdrawal from studies is the details of the relevant orders or the details of the education document (diploma, certificate, etc.) – number and date of issue.
At the same time, periods of study are confirmed by diplomas, certificates, certificates, as well as certificates and other documents issued on the basis of archival data and containing information about periods of study.
In addition, to confirm the period of study in the full-time form of obtaining education, certificates of the duration of study at the educational institution in the relevant years are accepted, provided that the documents contain data on the completion of the full course of study or its individual stages.
As noted in the PFU, periods of employment and other periods that were taken into account in the length of service for the purpose of assigning a pension before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance”, that is, before January 1, 2004, are included in the insurance period in the manner and on the terms stipulated by the legislation that was in force before.
