President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the approval of the list of the next military operations of Ukraine and the strengthening of the actions of the Armed Forces at the front, in particular through the increase in the use of drones.
He wrote about this in Telegram, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
According to the head of state, the Ukrainian side analyzes Russia’s updated plans in the war and clearly understands the priorities determined by the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation.
“We analyze in detail the updated Russian war plans. The Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly understands what exactly the enemy is planning and what priorities are determined for the Russian army by the political leadership of Russia. We will oppose,” said Zelensky.
He also said that the partial easing of sanctions and political pressure on Russia has led to an increase in its military ambitions.
“Unfortunately, the reduction of sanctions and political pressure from our partners on the aggressor was affected by a partial increase in Russian military ambitions,” the president said.
Ukraine’s response – drones and active actions at the front
Zelensky stressed that Ukraine will respond to the actions of the Russian Federation by strengthening strike capabilities and the activity of units on the front line.
“Our long-range sanctions, increasing the use of drones on the front lines and the active actions of our units will provide the necessary answers to the occupier,” he said.
Separately, the president said that today he approved a list of subsequent military operations.
Also, according to him, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and the Chief of the General Staff Andrei Gnatov reported on the most effective units and priority needs of the front.
“We also identified the priority needs for ensuring the front, which should be immediately implemented. I thank every soldier, sergeant and officer for protecting our state and people,” Zelensky added.
