On the night of April 23, the Russian invaders massively attacked the Dnieper with drones. As of morning, the number of victims has increased once again, there are also victims.
This was reported by the Telegram of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Alexander Ganzhi, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
“Two people died, eight were injured. The number of victims of the night Russian attack on the Dnieper has increased,” the report said.
Alexander Ganzha added that one person still does not get in touch.
What is known about the attack on the Dnieper
According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, several groups of Russian strike drones flew to the Dnieper that night.
As a result of the Russian attack, residential buildings were damaged in the city. In particular, an enemy drone flew directly into a high-rise building, because of which several apartments caught fire.
Later it became known, in addition to the house, a car and a store caught fire in the city. Moreover, there were fires in several areas of the Dnieper.
Also, shortly after the attack, the OVA reported that there were injured people. At least two of them are children – girls 9 and 14 years old.
According to the head of the OVA, the number of victims due to a night enemy attack on the Dnieper increased to 10 people. Four are hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. Among them are two children – girls 9 and 14 years old.
Other shelling of the Dnieper
Recall that on the night of April 16, Russia carried out a new combined shelling of Ukraine. The enemy also hit the Dnieper, because of which office and administrative buildings, residential buildings, as well as enterprises and cars were damaged in the city.
Among the damaged objects, as it turned out, was including the building of the Art Museum.
We also informed that another Russian attack on the Dnieper occurred on April 10. Then, as a result of enemy strikes in the city, at least 8 high-rise buildings were damaged.
