On the night of April 27, Russia attacked Ukraine with 94 drones. Air defense forces shot down or suppressed 74 drones, a hit and fall of debris was recorded.
This was reported by the Air Force, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
The enemy attacked with strike UAVs such as Shahed (including jet), Gerber, Italmas and drones of other types from the following directions:
Kursk, Orel, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russian Federation;
Guards – TOT AR of Crimea.
About 60 of them are “shaheds.”
Air defense operation
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 74 enemy UAVs such as Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country.
A hit of 20 shock UAVs at 15 locations was recorded, as well as a fall of downed (debris) at 11 locations.
