The fire was recorded by surveillance cameras of the enterprise.
“All the forces of forest protection have been abandoned to prevent the spread of fire in the territories to which we have access.

Yesterday they held a joint meeting with representatives of the military, the State Emergency Service and local authorities. It is important to prevent the spread of fire to settlements in the front line.

According to the Northern Forest Office, a fire occurred on May 5 in the forests of the Koryukovsky super-forestry, in particular in the Yelinsky and Tikhonovichi forestry. These areas can be contaminated with explosive objects.
“Due to the extremely difficult security situation, full elimination of the fire is currently impossible. Over the territory, enemy drones are constantly fixed, which poses a direct threat to the employees of the SE “Forests of Ukraine” and the rescuers of the State Emergency Service,” the statement said.
