The supervisory board of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC has appointed Liudmyla Kynder as the chairperson of the board following an open competition. The new head will assume her duties starting August 24.

The supervisory board of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine, which is part of the Naftogaz Group structure, has elected a new head following an open competitive selection process. Liudmyla Kynder has assumed the position of chairperson of the board of the enterprise.
The priority areas of work for the newly appointed head have been defined as ensuring gas distribution safety under martial law and supporting employees working near combat zones. Efforts will also focus on increasing operational efficiency and improving the company’s internal processes.
Particular attention will be paid to digitalization and the further development of customer services for consumers. The enterprise will continue to focus on protecting critical infrastructure from military threats and creating proper working conditions for the personnel.
The company’s head emphasized the importance of building a modern and efficient structure for consumers
“It is important to build an efficient and modern company where employees have proper conditions and support, and the client feels the result of changes in the quality and convenience of services, regardless of which region of Ukraine they live in,” Kynder noted.
The new head will begin her duties at Gas Networks starting August 24. The process of selecting candidates for this position began in May of the current year at the initiative of the state-owned company.
Liudmyla Kynder holds higher education degrees in economics and psychology obtained from Lutsk National Technical University and the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. In previous years, she held management positions in banks and fuel market enterprises, where she focused on the development of retail sales, gas station networks, and digital customer services.
