NEURC has published a draft resolution regarding amendments to the Gas Distribution Systems Development Plans for 2026–2035 for eight branches of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC. Proposals and comments are accepted until August 24, 2026 inclusive. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform citing NEURC.
The National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities sectors announced the approval of amendments to the Gas Distribution Systems Development Plans for 2026 – 2035. The updates apply to the Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Ternopil, Cherkasy, and Chernivtsi branches of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine Limited Liability Company.
Documents published for gathering proposals
The respective draft resolution along with a package of justification materials has been published on the regulator’s official website. The collection of comments and suggestions from individuals and legal entities, as well as their associations, is ongoing until August 24, 2026 inclusive.
Written and electronic appeals are accepted at the address of the National Commission in Kyiv. According to the decisions of the regulator and taking into account the requirements of the martial law regime, an open discussion of the specified document will not be held.
