NBU imposed sanctions on three financial companies

The strictest measure was the revocation of the license of Faktorynhova Kompaniya Hlobal Plus

The National Bank of Ukraine has imposed sanctions on three financial companies due to reporting violations, failure to comply with regulatory requirements, and risky operations. Enforcement measures range from limiting specific business activities to full license revocation. This was reported by Minfin, according to the portal PromPolitInform.

The most severe penalty was imposed on Faktorynhova Kompaniya Hlobal Plus, which had its financial license revoked by the regulator’s decision. This was the result of the organization ignoring a previous order from the Supervision Committee adopted on July 13, 2026. Failure to comply with the National Bank’s directives served as the official basis for applying this ultimate enforcement measure.

Reporting violations and risky operations

Another financial institution, Finprom Market LLC, faced pressure due to untimely submission of documents. The company failed to publish its assurance report on annual data for 2025 within the prescribed deadlines. The regulator did not revoke its license but obligated the organization to rectify the shortcomings by September 22, 2026, under threat of further sanctions.

In turn, Develop Finance LLC received restrictions on a specific type of operation. Until August 31, 2027, the company is prohibited from providing funds under repayable financial aid agreements. This decision was made following off-site supervision, during which the NBU identified transactions that lacked economic substance and posed a threat to the interests of clients and creditors.

Enforcement measures and market impact

In general, the actions of the National Bank are aimed at strengthening discipline in the financial market and minimizing risks. The regulator’s decisions take effect after official notification of the financial institutions, ensuring that company activities remain within the legal framework. The revocation of the license for Hlobal Plus and the restrictions on Develop Finance demonstrate the NBU’s differentiated approach based on the violations identified.
