On the night of April 15, 2026, Russian troops attacked three Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Rostov region – the Russian Federation, as well as 324 shock UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, Italmas type and other types of drones, about 250 of them – “Shahed.”
This was reported by the press center of the Air Force Command, informs the portal PromPolitInform.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, EW units and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
How did the air defense work?
According to preliminary data, as of 07:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 309 enemy UAVs such as Shahed, Gerber, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south, east and center of the country.
As noted, the hit of ballistic missiles and 13 attack UAVs was recorded at 9 locations, as well as the fall of downed (debris) at 10 locations.
“There are several enemy UAVs in the airspace. Follow the safety rules,” the Air Force added.
Massive strike of the Russian Federation on the night of April 15
The Russian army attacked the Dnieper tonight with strike drones. As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in the administrative building. Subsequently, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA said that due to enemy shelling, a 29-year-old woman was injured.
In addition, Russian troops attacked Cherkasy and the region with attack drones at night. According to preliminary data, three victims are known.
Also, the invaders in the morning massively hit Zaporozhye. A series of fires arose in the city, there are deaths.
