DTEK Kyiv Electric Grids and DTEK Kyiv Regional Electric Grids are changing their status from private joint-stock companies (PJSC) to limited liability companies (LLC).
The change in organizational and legal form is aimed at reducing administrative and financial expenses.
The company notes that such a step will allow for more efficient adoption of management decisions, which is a priority task for the stable operation of the power system during martial law.
For consumers, personnel and partners, the terms of cooperation remain unchanged. The transformation will not affect the fulfillment of the companies’ obligations regarding electricity distribution or network maintenance.
The legal procedure for the transition will continue over the next few months.
