The night strike damaged residential buildings and private vehicles
On the night of September 4, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Odesa. One person was killed and at least three others were injured in the attack. This was reported by Ukrinform, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported the emergency. According to his data, relevant services have been deployed to the site to inspect the area and assess the scale of the damage.
Damage to civilian infrastructure
The strike damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings in one of the city’s districts and citizens’ vehicles. To support the population affected by the shelling, local authorities have deployed an operational headquarters.
According to Serhii Lysak, medical assistance is being provided to those injured. Emergency responders are continuing to record the consequences of the enemy attack to facilitate the restoration of the facilities.
