Educators working at least 0.75 full-time equivalent can submit requests online
Teachers and secondary school educational staff can now apply for mobilization deferments online through the Reserve+ mobile application. Applicants no longer need to gather paper documents or visit Administrative Service Centres in person. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, based on data from Mstyslav Banik.
The digitization initiative aims to reduce bureaucratic load on territorial recruitment centres and minimize human error. Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Mstyslav Banik explained that the system streamlines procedures for educational workers.
Deferments are granted automatically based on information fetched from state electronic registries. The platform cross-checks applicant data using the Automated Information Complex of Educational Management (AICEM) and the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Eligibility requirements for online deferment
To qualify through the application, teachers must be employed at an educational institution listed in AICEM as their primary workplace, with a teaching load of at least 0.75 of a full-time position. The position must fall into the official category of secondary education staff.
In addition, the employer’s tax ID code (EDRPOU) registered in AICEM must match the primary employer code stored in Pension Fund records. All personal details, including full name and tax identification number, must be completely up to date.
How to submit a deferment request in the app
To initiate the procedure, users should open Reserve+, navigate to the Services tab, and select Deferment Request. From there, choosing the school teachers category allows users to review their details and confirm submission.
There is no requirement to upload scanned documents or certificates. Once automated verification completes, the system sends a notification, and the deferment status appears directly in the digital military registration document.
Troubleshooting verification errors
If a request is rejected, officials advise contacting the school administration or the staff member responsible for updating AICEM records. They can verify employment status, teaching load metrics, personal data, and corporate registration codes.
Discrepancies regarding primary employment in Pension Fund databases must be corrected through the school’s HR or accounting department. If outdated employer details appear inside Reserve+, users can submit an online request within the app to rectify their employment profile.
