Army+ App Launches Vaccination Survey for Ukrainian Military

The survey among service members will run until 13 October

A new survey on vaccination during military service was launched in the Army+ mobile application on 30 September. The initiative was organised by the Office of the Military Ombudsman of Ukraine and will remain open until 13 October inclusive. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing information from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The survey aims to assess the informational needs of personnel and determine factors affecting decisions regarding immunisation. The results will assist the defence establishment in adjusting explanatory communications and improving the accessibility of health-related information.

Service members can share their personal vaccination experience during military service, state motives for accepting or declining shots, and outline trusted sources of information. A dedicated section covers topics requiring additional clarification from medical specialists prior to procedures.

Practical Outcomes of Previous Surveys

Since the rollout of the Army+ platform, more than 20 surveys have been conducted among service members. The feedback collected is utilised by relevant authorities to enhance service conditions and support administrative decision-making.

Specifically, results from previous surveys contributed to updating ration pack supply strategies, adding new digital features to the application, and selecting a new head for the Petro Sahaidachnyi National Ground Forces Academy.

Technical Support for the Service

The survey module is developed and maintained by the Scaling Technology Solutions Centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier, the defence establishment provided detailed explanations regarding vaccination protocols for military personnel, detailing qualified personnel and procedure delivery during service.
