The energy holding was recognized for veteran support and crisis management
Energy group DTEK has been included in the ranking of Ukraine's best employers for 2026, compiled by NV. This year's list features fifty large-scale businesses and five medium-sized enterprises. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Олександр Мороз) citing NV, according to the portal PromPolitInform.
Participants in the study were evaluated by an expert jury and the employees themselves based on specifically developed criteria. The list encompasses leading enterprises from various sectors of the domestic economy.
Evaluation Criteria and Industry Categories
The organizers analyzed the operations of enterprises across four main vectors. In particular, experts considered inclusivity, talent retention programs, and assistance to workers during crisis situations.
Special attention was paid to the integration and support of war veterans and their family members. Each organization presented its own initiatives regarding these points for the final verdict.
Previous Achievements of the Energy Holding
Previously, the corporation had already received official recognition as one of the most attractive employers in the Ukrainian labor market. Aside from the general list, the company was commended for having the best specialized program for former military personnel.
