Special heating and charging locations will open across the community
Power supply in Zhytomyr was massively cut off following a Russian strike on energy infrastructure. Should electricity fail to return by morning, Invincibility Points will open across the community at 9:00 AM on November 4. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Zhytomyr City Council.
Russian forces targeted the energy infrastructure of the Zhytomyr community, causing widespread power outages throughout the city. Local authorities urged residents to prepare for potential prolonged blackouts and announced preparations for specialized relief locations to support the population.
If technicians fail to restore electricity supply by the following morning, the operation of temporary relief hubs will commence at 9:00 AM. At these locations, citizens will be able to warm up, recharge the batteries of their mobile devices, and utilize stable internet access.
The list of addresses where necessary assistance can be received during the power outage has already been published on the official website of the city council. Furthermore, active locations can be found using a dedicated interactive map within the Diia mobile application.
