Support for entrepreneurship in Ukraine
As reported by the Ministry of Finance: The state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” continues to provide support to micro, small and medium-sized businesses. Since the beginning of 2026, 11,861 loans have been issued for a total of 52.6 billion hryvnias. Last week, businesses received 1,047 preferential loans for 4.3 billion hryvnias. This was reported by Inkorr, the PromPolitInform portal reports.
In conditions of martial law, the program demonstrates significant activity: during this time, 111,549 loans for 423 billion hryvnias were issued. In total, since the start of the program, 146,337 loan agreements for 512.6 billion hryvnias have been concluded. The program is implemented by the National Development Agency.
