Air Force reports possible breach of Ukrainian air alert app
On the evening of 1 November, the Ukrainian mobile alert service suffered a technical disruption that triggered false notifications. Users received unverified warnings about chemical and radiation risks, as well as alleged combat operations in Kyiv.
