Mykhailo Fedorov advocates for finding safe mechanisms to hold elections during wartime
An effective and secure mechanism for holding elections under martial law should be developed in Ukraine. This was stated by Minister of Defence Mykhailo Fedorov, emphasizing the need to guarantee the right to vote for all citizens.
