The official headed the agency for the past three years
The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine announced his resignation from office. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy supported the official's resignation application. This is reported by the portal PromPolitInform, citing the Telegram channel of Kovalenko.
According to the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, his tenure at the agency lasted for three years. During this period, it was possible to build a resilient structure and expand the range of media projects to counter information threats.
The head of the structure also noted the development of cooperation with foreign partners of the state. After his dismissal, he plans to continue working in the field of national security and countering the information aggression of russia.
The official’s personal media pages will continue to operate in an active mode. He wished the team of the Center for Countering Disinformation further achievements in working for the benefit of the country.
