The premiere of the first episode of 'Bachelor' took place on October 16, and the roses have already been awarded
On October 16, the premiere of the first episode of the romantic reality show 'Bachelor' featuring basketball player Vyacheslav Kravtsov took place. Three contestants received roses: Tetiana Bezva, Liia Yangolenko and Liza Protsenko. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine (Поліна Кузенко), according to the portal PromPolitInform.
The premiere of the first episode of ‘Bachelor’ took place on October 16. The main character, basketball player Vyacheslav Kravtsov, met the contestants and shared his first impressions. The women surprised him with gifts, candid confessions and unexpected scenes.
Who received a rose
Only three women received a flower: Tetiana Bezva, Liia Yangolenko and Liza Protsenko. The meet-and-greet ceremony consisted of two parts, and each rose was awarded under different circumstances.
Tetiana Bezva and Liia Yangolenko received flowers during private dates with Kravtsov, which they themselves arranged. Liza Protsenko chose the ‘immunity’ rose — a privilege allowing her to avoid fulfilling demands of other contestants for two weeks.
Kravtsov talks about his past
At the start of the episode, Kravtsov admitted he was once married. His former partner Yelina gave birth to their daughter Melisa. The couple split three years ago due to distance during his contract and constant arguments.
The basketball player also mentioned his mother’s illness — she has cancer and is fighting for her life. Kravtsov hopes to find love on the show and introduce his partner to his closest family member.
Meetings with contestants
The first to arrive was Khrystyna Horiak, a 39-year-old notary and ex-wife of host Volodymyr Ostapchuk. She proposed a humorous agreement of intent to Kravtsov, who appreciated her sense of humor.
Next came a man with dancer Daria Kharitonova. They performed a passionate dance, but Kravtsov felt left out and noted it did not impress him.
Kateryna Melnyk, a 25-year-old bodybuilding champion, revealed she gained weight after being betrayed by her lover, but turned it into a sports career.
Liza Protsenko, a 29-year-old real estate expert, gifted Kravtsov a card with the Queen of Spades — symbolizing herself.
Surprise from Valeriia Polianska
Valeriia Polianska, a 26-year-old manager, asked Kravtsov to help retrieve a surprise from the trunk. It turned out she had brought an improvised date: a table, chairs and food including potatoes and tulips, which the basketball player enjoyed.
Return to the past
Kateryna Petrenko, a 32-year-old former basketball player, suggested playing ’33’. It turned out they had met a year earlier during a charity project.
First roses
Liia Yangolenko, a 26-year-old model, received a rose after arranging a private date herself. Afterward, she felt confident, which upset other contestants.
Tetiana Bezva, a 32-year-old marketing manager, also received a flower after proposing her own date. The women became upset, realizing their chances had decreased.
Immunity and Liza
Host Reshetnik offered contestants the chance to take an ‘immunity’ rose for two weeks, but on the condition of fulfilling all whims of others. No one agreed for a long time, until Liza Protsenko took the risk.
Other contestants
Olha, a 40-year-old model agency owner, gifted Kravtsov a chest with items from the past. Daria Dandyk, a 24-year-old intern who dreams of opening a rehab center, tied a red thread to his wrist.
Victoria Khilyuk, a 26-year-old pediatrician, gifted a fluorograph. Daryna Zainchukovska, a 32-year-old auto blogger, invited him into her sports car, but Kravtsov barely fit.
Tetiana Teslenko, a 26-year-old adult store owner, met very quickly. Inna Miller, a 26-year-old cosmetologist, asked to be carried so she could sing. Khrystyna Tsiolkovska, a 24-year-old videographer, gifted cards for conversation.
Anna Myshak, a 32-year-old drone engineer, revealed her husband died in war. Kateryna Deicheva, a 27-year-old event organizer, came with a chicken named Laryska. Mariia Ivanova, a 31-year-old clothing brand owner, gifted a rhinestone-studded basketball.
Marina Kolesnyk, a 25-year-old actress and director, presented a painting created with her body. Last to arrive was Liubov Konate, a 35-year-old ex-wife of basketball player Max Adam Konate. Kravtsov was glad to see her.
